Heyyy!
As you see ^^^^^! yup its my mum's birthday today! (4th) haha! :D Happy Birthday Mama! :D I love you!
Hmmm, Wake up early in the morning at 9am. Ate breakfast with grandma and brother. Well, It has been a long time since i woke up so early for BREAKFAST. Not for school. Haha. Because! School, there is no choice that i have to attend the classes in the morning. Hmm... Oh well, went to NTUC to shop for baking stuff till 11 plus. Hmm, then went home to put my groceries and stayed at home awhile, well, its quite a bommer... 2 or 3 stuffs are not able to get in NTUC. Hmm... Well, called up DearDear and he is still sleeping! Took him a time to answer the call yea. *shakes head* Its 11 already! and still sleeping? *oops* haha. Well, i guess it goes the same thing to me. Cause, if i were not to buy the ingredients, i would be sleeping till afternoon. Haha! DearDear came down to yishun, and we went to SSC to buy other stuffs that are short... First DAISO, dhen GIANT. haha! had fun though. Abit frustrated but still i am glad dear was there. :) Thanks Dear.
Well. Headed back to home, and grab a raspberry jam, Dear went to northpoint to get strawberries and lunch. :D Well, And while i am at home. I started to bake my mum's Birthday Cake! :D Well, its very tiring though. Cause I got no electric machine bakery stuff to help me! Hence, all are man-manual. :( i should really get a mixer... So i will not be so lazy to bake cakes and desserts. :DD Hahah! Dear reach my house and start to help me out with the cake. :D took us HOURS to bake it. well, its about sincerity. :) That is what Dear keep saying to my ears. :) Thanks again dear, for the encouragement. Love you. :D
Well, the cake didn't really turn out what it is to be expected, maybe its because its the first time i bake a CheeseCake? Hmm. quite dry though, cause i forgot to put water in the oven to replenish back the water lost while baking for the cheesecake. :( Sigh! I told Dear about keeping it from mama and lets go get a cake at the bakery shop or sth, he told me "Well, its learn thru experiences yea. And its bake from you! "So yea! Haha! Hmm, lionel came over. Dear and me did icing for the cake. The design is erm. I don't know what to say. I was so disappointed that i actually does not have the mood to continue it at all.... But Dear brought me through. :) The cake turns out not bad! Well, for a first timer. :D
It is like finally Mama got a Birthday Surprise! Hahah! Or else every year she knows that there is a cake waiting for her in the fridge. Haha! But not this time mum! :D I bake it! :D And she thought i was baking cookie for her. well, even though she guessed that its for her. But she never expect it to be a birthday cake! :D Hmm Hmm... Someone got jealous actually. X.x Hinted me yeah. :) I know i know. hahaha! Remaining of the cheesecake that is left was baked again with biscuit base, well, this time is better. But, its too thin for a cake, hence i call it a pie. haha! But still. Mum! i GOT CHA! :D YESH! Hahahaha.
Alrights alrights. Out of so many things, i wanted to say Mama i love you.
Also, Dear, you means alot to me too. Because you were there for me when i am down, even though at times my mood affects yours too... :( sorry.. But you never fail to be there for me. I love you. :)
Tomorrow. Flight to Perth. Will try to update my blog over there! :)
